Aleksander Kocharian
Aleksander Kocharian

Aleksander began his ministry in 2003, serving those who suffer from substance abuse. He began working closely with the legal system by ministering to prisoners. Consequently, he has opened several rehabilitation facilities for men and women in Ukraine.

In 2006, he obtained his BA in pastoral ministry and taught throughout the country. Aleksander and his family moved to the U.S in 2014 and he became the vice president of Grace in Action Recovery Center where young people receive spiritual healing and freedom from addictions. He continues to teach, counsel and support those who are suffering from various issues. He places an emphasis on building a relationship with Jesus Christ and bible study. Together, with his wife Natasha and their two boys, they actively minister in the recovery center.

Olga Boltenkov

Olga V. Boltenkov received her Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2012 and Drug and Alcohol Certificate in 2017. She has worked at Legacy Emergency Department and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Her major focus is mental health and addiction fields; she has been a psychotherapist and case manager for over 5 years.

Mrs. Boltenkov is passionate about issues concerning mental health, substance abuse, trauma and divorce. She serves as an administrator and instructor at Grace in Action. She loves to empower, motivate, and support those who are hopeless. Her life is filled with love and joy towards Jesus, her husband and children.

Addiction is a result of an underlying issue, that God can restore; thus, results in freedom from addiction.

Pavel Golosinskiy
Pavel Golosinskiy

Pavel Golosinskiy is the Lead Pastor at Church of Grace. He began his ministry at the age of 16, serving as a youth leader in Ukraine. He has more than 30 years of teaching and counseling experience. Humor, warmth, transparency and empowerment is the methods he uses to reach all audiences. He has been teaching and nurturing leaders locally, across states and internationally. Pavel has been married for 25 years and has two children who currently serve in Grace in Action Ministry.

Pastor Pavel is passionate about helping people who suffer from addiction. God gave him a desire to serve those who have been rejected by society and churches. As a result, God gave him a vision to open a recovery center for people who fall into such categories. In 2016, Pastor Pavel became the founder and president of Grace in Action Recovery Center in Boring, Oregon where he currently teaches and counsels people who suffer from various life-controlling problems. His passion for God and love towards people is expressed in the work he performs.

Happiness is determined by relationships, if one has a good relationship with God and the people surrounding, then the individual experiences happiness
